Our office hours are:

Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekends by appointment. However, our crews are often at job sites before 8:00 AM and stay longer to complete the job.

When can you start?

A&M Roofing takes pride in providing quality work at reasonable prices. We will not do a fast job just to start another job. Any good roofing company should have a lead time of 4-12 weeks, depending on time of year. Demand is always high for our services; so, even though there are roofing companies that can start next week, we are worth the wait.

How long will it take to get a new roof?

This will depend on the size, pitch and complexity of your roof. Small to medium size houses usually take 1-3 days. Larger projects can take up to a week, or even more. An A&M Roofing expert will provide you with the details when they complete an estimate.

What if my home currently has a leak?

We always try to move leaky roofs up on the schedule so they can be completed as soon as possible. Depending on weather and project lead time, it often makes sense for our repair team to implement a short-term fix until our roof replacement crew can start work.

What about gutters and skylights?

We recommend having your gutters and skylights replaced as part of your roofing project. Most customers who opt to not have their gutters and skylights replaced end up calling us within a year to get that work done.

How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?

There can be multiple signs that your roof needs to be replaced. If a leak has made itself visible inside the home, it likely has caused some additional damage to the roof deck itself as well as the drywall inside of the home. Even if you don’t see a leak it could still be time to replace your roof. If the roof is sagging, shingles are missing, the fiberglass mat is showing through, shingles look old and worn, shingles are curling at the edges, or shingles have little to no granules left on them, it may be time to replace your roof.

What do I do if I want to file an insurance claim for Storm Damage?

Proving an insurance loss is the responsibility of the insured. It is recommended that you have a professional like A&M Roofing to conduct an inspection and estimate prior to an insurance adjuster evaluating the roof. The insurance company adjuster is not required to find damage, just because you experienced hail or wind or your neighbor experienced storm damage.

A representative from A&M Roofing will meet with your insurance adjuster on the roof and identify all storm damage in order to assure the most favorable decision. There is no cost for this service as long as you have signed a contingent contract with A&M Roofing contingent on A&M Roofing getting the insurance company to pay for your new roof. Contracting for insurance proceeds allows us to offer our professional expertise at no additional cost.

A&M Roofing understands the entire insurance process and is willing to assist you in dealing with the details of your claim. A&M Roofing will complete the paper work for recoverable depreciation, obtain endorsements from mortgage companies on insurance proceeds checks, file supplemental claims when necessary and most importantly, wait for the insurance company payment.

Do you handle city permits?

Yes. A&M Roofing will handle all permit requirements.

When should I replace my roof?
